  We rented a condo at Turquoise Place for a week for spring break through Meyer Realty. While Turquoise Place itself is a very very beautiful condo building with wonderful amenities our specific condo was not loved at all. There were a significant amount of light bulbs burnt out, the refrigerator light bulb is burnt-out, the veneer on all of the kitchen cabinets was peeling off, and it was staged to the bare-bones minimum. Worst of all our master bath toilet continually clogged and would not flush. I called Meyer Reality 4 times and while the customer service people there were kind and nice they were unable to help me out much. Maintenance men did come out to unclog the toilet but the situation was never fully resolved. I was finally told that it was my fault for clogging the toilet because I used too much toilet paper and did not flush it properly. I find this interesting because the toilet I was using in the meantime was flushing just fine and I flushed it the same way and use the same amount of toilet paper. Meyer Reality itself did not do anything to help rectify the situation. Instead I was insulted that I was accused of this being my fault my and I was told that I should just plunge the toilet every time I used it which I find ridiculous since I'm paying $500 a night for this beautiful condo. Even though the customer service people were very nice I would highly recommend NOT renting from Meyer realty
